15th WORLD CONGRESS OF FOOD SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY (IUFoST 2010)
The South African Association for Food Science and Technology (SAAFoST) is organising the 15th World Congress of Food Science and Technology from 22nd - 26th August 2010 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre under the auspices of the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST). They ask all members of the global food science and technology community to make every effort to come to Cape Town for the occasion. Abstracts of papers and posters are now being called for – see details on the SAAFoST website. The intention is to make the 2010 IUFoST Congress an event that combines high quality scientific content with the opportunity to meet and network in a world class venue. Registration forms will be available in January 2010. In the meantime, any enquiries regarding the 2010 Congress should be addressed to info@iufost2010.org.za
SAAFFI will have a stand at the exhibition to give more exposure to the work done by our industry - come and visit us there.
